ART & PHOTO RELEASE
Please review the following publicity release. Checking the box confirms that you accept and give your permission for The Woodlands Arts Council to use your artwork for publicity purposes.
Please Note: A Parent/Guardian’s consent is required for all participants under 18 years.
I give The Woodlands Art Council/Because Art Matters the permission to use photographs and artwork from the event for publicity purposes, including, but not limited to, online publicity, press releases for print and broadcast media, or in advertisements for art related events.
I, do hereby consent and agree that The Woodlands Waterway Arts Council, its employees, or agents have the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of me to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of The Because Art Matters Master Fast Draw Competition. I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary.
I do hereby release to The Woodlands Waterway Arts Council, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form, including but not limited to releases for press, media and online services, social media postings, advertisements, magazine articles and promotional materials. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used.
I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for recording me, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback. I also understand that The Woodlands Waterway Arts Council is not responsible for any expense or liability incurred as a result of my participation in this recording, including medical expenses due to any sickness or injury incurred as a result.
